1060 Aluminum Sheet Advantages

Hot-rolled 1060 aluminum sheet: Face mask nose wire, soft battery connection, bus interior, auto parts, aluminum-plastic panel, signage, lamps, wide curtain wall, bus luggage rack / floor / pattern board, etc.
Hot rolled medium-thickness 1060 aluminum sheet: Aluminum bus bar, car radiator, new energy car charging pile, mold, etc.

Packaging of Aluminum Sheet
Yongsheng aluminum sheet is placed on a wooden pallet or wooden box, wrapped perfectly with waterproof craft paper, and then fixed with a narrow strip of iron.
Usually, we have six layers of packing: put on wooden supports and put desiccant, wrap moisture proof film, wrap the plastic film, wrap the moisture-proof cotton, wrap the plastic moisture proof film again and pack it with cardboard.

1060 Aluminum Sheet Stamping And Stretching
1060 aluminum sheet is easy to withstand various pressure processing and extension, and generally adopts O state.
The O state is also called the fully annealed state. The O state has no subdivision state. It refers to the aluminum sheet product with the lowest strength obtained only through complete annealing. It is the softest state and is suitable for conventional processing such as stamping and stretching.
The 1060-O aluminum sheet is generally used for metal casings, battery soft connections, etc. The main advantages are as follows:
1. It has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and weldability.
2. Corrosion resistance, aluminum oxide film is naturally formed on the surface
3. It can meet the conventional processing requirements, stamping, stretching, and high formability.
1060-H14 VS 1060-H24
1060-H14, 1060-H24 aluminum sheets are semi-hard in different ways. H14 is work hardening, and H24 is annealing guaranteed performance. Their strength indicators are basically the same, but there is a big difference in elongation, H24 is greater than H14. H24 can be softer than the hardness.
