Packaging of Aluminum Sheet

2014 Aluminum Sheet Heat Treatment

Homogenization annealing
Heating 475 ~ 490 °C; Heat Preservation 12 ~ 14h; furnace cooling.

Complete Annealing
Heating 350 ~ 400 °C, holding time 30 ~ 120 min depending on material effective thickness. Cooling to 300 °C with furnace at 30 ~ 50 °C/H, then air cooling.

Rapid annealing
Heating 350 ~ 460 °C; holding time 30 ~ 120 min; air cooling.

Quenching and aging
Quenching temperature 495 ~ 505 °C, water cooling, natural aging room temperature 96h.
