Pinhole Free Recyclable Aluminum Foil Roll 8011 1235 Anti Corrosion 0.006-0.02mm for Food Packaging

This double zero aluminum foil roll is rolled from 8011 and 1235 stock on our cold rolling and foil mills, then slit to your width with a pinhole controlled surface. This roll is built around all three.

• Foil rolled on mills with on line thickness gauge and pinhole detection, pinhole count controlled by light transmission test per 100 square meters.
• 0.006 mm and 0.01 mm gauges are packed in clean room conditions to avoid abrasion holes during slitting.
• Batch pinhole report and sample retention available with each shipment for food and pharma audits.
• Result: stable barrier performance, no leak failures on filling lines, fewer customer claims on sealed pouches and blister packs.

• Degreased and dried surface with residual oil below 5 mg per square meter, preventing water mark and white rust during sea transport.

Every roll is produced to your specification rather than picked from fixed stock:

• Dimension: thickness 0.006-0.02 mm, width 100-1500 mm, roll weight and length set to your filling machine.
• Alloy and temper: 8011, 1235, 8079, 3003 or 1060 in O, H18, H22 or H24 for soft wrapping or stiff container use.
• Coating: PE coating, lacquer, oil coating or color coating, single or double side, with dyne level confirmed before shipment.
• Branding: printed core, logo on the outer carton, private label design support for retail rolls.
• Samples: free sample roll for machine trials, freight collected, custom coated sample in 7 working days.

Rolls are suspended on cradles or stacked on pallets so the foil edge is never compressed in transit:

• Inner packing: PE sleeve, desiccant and VCI paper on request, edge protector rings on both ends.
• Outer packing: fumigated wooden pallet or plywood case, steel strapping, waterproof wrapping for full containers.
• Loading capacity: about 20-25 tons per 20GP, pallet footprint matched to container width.
• Ports and lead time: Qingdao or Shanghai, 5-8 working days for stock gauges and 15-20 days for custom rolling.
