High-performance aluminum discs manufactured from premium 1050, 1060, 1100, and 3003 aluminum alloys, designed to meet the stringent requirements of cookware manufacturing and lightweight structural applications.

Material Specifications
1050/1060/1100 alloys: More than 99.5% pure aluminum with excellent formability and corrosion resistance, ideal for deep-drawn cookware (pots, lids) and decorative parts.
3003 alloy: Manganese-reinforced (1.0-1.5% Mn), 25% stronger than pure aluminum, ideal for lightweight automotive housings and heat-resistant bakeware.
Dimensions & Tolerances
Thickness: 0.4mm-6.5mm (±0.05mm tolerance)
Diameter: 80mm-1,000mm (±0.1mm)
