Small Size Aluminum Circle Disc 3003 H24
Small-sized aluminum discs made of 3003 H24 aluminum alloy are round, flat sheets of aluminum, typically ranging from a few centimeters to a few inches in diameter. 3003 is an aluminum-manganese alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance, formability and weldability. H24 status indicates semi-hard temper.
YSA aluminum round uncoiling and blanking production line is an automated production line specially designed and manufactured for manufacturers of aluminum circles for cookware, aluminum disks for lighting fixtures and other aluminum material suppliers. It can meet the needs of enterprises for the production of large amounts of aluminum disc blanks. This equipment can automatically select the most suitable layout method based on the width of the roll material and the diameter of the wafer to improve material utilization rate, achieving over 80% efficiency which is far superior to other wafer blanking methods.

Packing Conditions
Packing Details:
- Normally, for aluminum strip, 20MT can be loaded into 20 foot container. We suggest using 20 foot container as sea freight rate is much cheaper than 40 foot container
- The packing is very strong with 3 layers: thick fiber, foam, plastic, sufficient drying agent, suitable for long distance sea transportation
- We use wooden pallet and steel pallet according to customer request
- Wooden boxes are used for outside packing
- We have fixing in the container to avoid any damage during transportation
- 24 wooden boxes in one 20ft container
