Technical Details
Aluminum Alloys: Our aluminum discs are manufactured from 1000 series aluminum alloys, specifically 1050, 1060 and 1100. These alloys offer excellent formability, high thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. They are food-grade certified, ensuring safety and hygiene for cookware applications.
Temper: Our aluminum pans for pots are supplied in H14 temper. This strain hardened and partially annealed temper provides moderate strength with excellent formability, making it ideal for deep drawing and spinning processes in pot and pan production.
Diameter and Thickness: Available in various diameters from 100mm to 1200mm and thicknesses ranging from 0.4mm to 5mm. Custom sizes can be manufactured according to specific requirements.
