Production Methods
Aluminum circles are produced by cutting directly from aluminum coil or plate. For thicknesses less than 3.0mm, piercing blank feeding is typically used. For thicknesses between 3.0mm and 100mm, various cutting methods including bar cutting, laser cutting, CNC water cutting are employed based on precision requirements. For thicknesses exceeding 100mm, aluminum rod sawing is the primary production method.

Ingot/Master Alloys → Melting Furnace → Holding Furnace → D.C. Caster → Slab → Scalper → Hot Rolling Mill → Cold Rolling Mill → Punching → Annealing Furnace → Final Inspection → Packing → Delivery
