Our non-stick round aluminum circles are manufactured from high-quality A1050 and A1060 aluminum alloys, specifically designed for cooking pans and industrial applications. These discs offer exceptional thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Technical Specifications
Material Composition
Our aluminum circles utilize commercially pure aluminum (1000-series, 99.9%+ pure) with the highest thermal conductivity among aluminum alloys. To prevent the "orange peel effect" that can occur with pure aluminum, we employ a sophisticated layered construction: stainless steel, pure aluminum bonding layer, 3003/3004 aluminum core, pure aluminum bonding layer, and stainless steel.

- 1000 Series: Contains over 99.00% aluminum with excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and welding performance
- 3000 Series: Manganese-based composition (1.0-1.5%) offering superior rust prevention, corrosion resistance, weldability, and plasticity
