Aluminum Checkered Plate 3 Bar 4x8 1220x2440mm 3mm Anti Slip Tread Sheet for Factory Floor Mezzanine Ramp

This 3 bar aluminum checkered plate is rolled in 3003 and 5052 alloy at 3mm gauge, cut to the standard 4x8 sheet size of 1220 x 2440mm, and finished with a three-bar raised tread pattern that gives reliable grip under oil, water and heavy foot traffic. It is the pattern of choice where a five bar tread is too aggressive for trolley wheels and pallet trucks but a flat mill finish sheet would be unsafe.

The lower 3 bar profile keeps pallet truck wheels and trolley castors rolling smoothly while still meeting slip resistance expectations for indoor industrial walking surfaces. If your site uses heavy wash-down or outdoor stair nosing, our five bar pattern in the same alloy and gauge is available from the same production line.

Every 3 bar checkered plate sheet is packed to survive a full sea voyage without edge damage, surface staining or bundle deformation. Sheets are interleaved with paper, stacked flat, wrapped in moisture-proof film and steel strapped, then loaded on a seaworthy plywood pallet with corner protectors.
