This is our stock programme item: 3003 and 3105 alloy color coated aluminum coil, FEVE fluorocarbon coating over AkzoNobel or PPG paint, held in warehouse as slit and full width coils so that a trial order or an urgent replenishment order ships in 5 to 8 working days instead of waiting for a full production cycle. Width 100-1600mm, thickness 0.2-6.0mm, standard coil ID 508mm or 610mm, maximum coil weight 3 tons.

Stock is held as 1xxx, 3xxx and 5xxx series base coil plus finished painted coil, so mixed specifications can be loaded in one container. Custom RAL colours and non stock thickness are produced in 15 to 20 working days. Every coil is weighed, edge trimmed and wrapped before loading, and the coil ID and gross weight are confirmed on the packing list before shipment.

FEVE fluorocarbon resin uses alternating fluoroethylene and vinyl ether units, which gives a denser film than polyester and keeps the colour and gloss far longer under salt spray, acid rain and UV. On our FEVE system, salt spray resistance reaches up to 3000 hours depending on film thickness, against roughly 500 to 1000 hours for a standard PE system.

Because the film stays intact longer, a FEVE coil needs no repainting cycle on the building, which is the argument that wins coastal and industrial projects where a PE coil would chalk and fade within a few years.

We hold an authorisation letter for PPG product usage and run AkzoNobel, PPG, Valspar, Nippon and Beckers paints on our three colour coating lines. Buyers who have to submit a paint brand certificate with the tender documents can be supplied with the coating brand, batch reference and a retained sample panel, so the delivered coil matches what was approved. Coating adhesion is checked by MEK rub and T bend test on every production batch, and paint hardness above 2H against pencil test.

Eye to sky or eye to wall seaworthy wooden pallet, protective film, HDPE wrapping and steel strapping, with corner protection and desiccant for long sea transit. Coils are loaded with wooden dunnage to stop movement in the container, and the packing list shows coil ID, gross weight and colour batch so the goods can be checked on arrival.

Mill test certificate for chemical composition and mechanical properties, coating thickness and adhesion report, colour sample retention sheet, and copies of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SGS and FDA certificates. Additional third party inspection such as SGS or BV can be arranged before loading.
