Coating Technologies
PVDF Coating
PVDF coating consists of vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or copolymer with other fluorine-containing vinyl monomers. The stable chemical structure provides exceptional wear resistance, impact resistance, color retention, and UV protection.
PE (Polyester) Coating
Polyester coating uses high molecular polymers with alkyd additives, offering excellent UV resistance. Available in matte and glossy finishes, it ensures smooth surface quality and reliable printing performance with 8-10 year weather resistance warranty.
