1050 Aluminum Coil Advantages

1050 Aluminum Coil Applications

1050 aluminum coil is commonly used in some conditions requiring high corrosion resistance and formability, but low strength.

1050 aluminum alloy for industrial aluminum, is typically used for the manufacture of containers for the chemical industry.

1050 aluminum coil can also be used for lithium battery soft connection, pole lug material, explosion proof valve, PS plate base, CTP plate, sign, pallet, lamps, reflection plate, heat dissipation plate, insulation materials, etc.

1050 Aluminum Coil Heat Treatment

1) Complete annealing: heating at 390-430°C; depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30-120min; cooling with the furnace to 300°C at a speed of 30-50°C/h, and then air-cooling.

2) Rapid annealing: heating at 350-370°C; depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30-120min; air or water cooling.

3) Quenching and aging: quenching at 500-510°C, air cooling; artificial aging at 95-105°C, 3h, air-cooling; natural aging at room temperature for 120h.

Packaging of Aluminum Coil

Yongsheng aluminum coil is placed on a wooden pallet or wooden box, wrapped perfectly with waterproof craft paper, and then fixed with a narrow strip of iron.

Usually, we have six layers of packing: put on wooden supports and put desiccant, wrap moisture proof film, wrap the plastic film, wrap the moisture-proof cotton, wrap the plastic moisture proof film again and pack it with cardboard.
