Packaging of Aluminum Sheet

The melting point of 5059 is 590 °C (=1.090 °F). It has a density of 2.67 kg/m3.

5059 Aluminum Sheet Heat Treatment
Homogenizing annealing
Heating to 440 ℃. Holding time 12～14 h; Air cooling.
Rapid annealing
Heating to 350～350 ℃.The heat preservation time of 30~120 min; Air or water cooling.
High-temperature annealing
Heating to 350～350 ℃, Thickness or<6 mm or 6 mm, heat preservation time is 2~10 min or 10～ 30 min; Air cooling.
Low-temperature annealing
Heating to 250～300 ℃ and 150～180℃; Holding time is 1～2 h.Air cooling.
