Packaging of Aluminum Circle/Disc

Yongsheng aluminum circles are packaged and shipped in wooden boxes, cartons or pallets. The specific outer packaging method and material depend on factors such as the size, weight, quantity, and transportation distance of the aluminum disc.

Smaller aluminum discs will be packed in cartons. Cartons are usually sized according to the size and quantity of aluminum circles, and cushioning materials such as foam plastics are added inside to prevent collision and extrusion during transportation.

For large size or large quantities of aluminum circles, wooden pallets are usually used for packaging. The wooden pallet can effectively support the weight of the aluminum disc, and has a stable shape and structure for easy handling and transportation. At the same time, during transportation, the aluminum circles also need to be fixed on the pallet with tape and other materials to ensure that they will not move or tilt.

When it comes to the process of producing, Aluminum Circle is usually directly cutting from aluminum coil or the aluminum plate, usually, if the thickness of Aluminum Circle is less than 3.0 mm, the form of piercing blank feeding directly will be applied. If the thickness of aluminum circle is between 3.0 mm and 100 mm, according to the precision demands, aluminum circle board face demands, the bar cutting, laser cutting, CNC water cutting, cutting will be used for blank feeding production. When the thickness of Aluminum Circle is higher than 100 mm, our usually adopts aluminum rod sawing for production directly, special circumstances will adopt CNC water cutting and cutting precision processing mode.
